By accessing or using GhanAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Eppion Ventures.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without prior written consent.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. E-Meetings

By expressing interest in a meeting, you consent to your email address being added as an attendee and receiving a Google Calendar invite. Meeting links are provided via Google Meet. GhanAI is not responsible for the availability or performance of Google Meet or Google Calendar services. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule meetings at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on GhanAI — including blog posts, images, and meeting materials — is the property of GhanAI / Eppion Ventures unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eppion Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
