GhanAI is an AI-focused media and community platform operated by Eppion Ventures. We publish blog content, host e-meetings, and share resources related to artificial intelligence across Africa and beyond. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to GhanAI / Eppion Ventures.

• Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google OAuth.
• Meeting interactions — if you mark interest in a meeting, we store your user ID and email in connection with that meeting record.
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To add your email as an attendee for meetings you express interest in.
• To send Google Calendar invites for scheduled meetings.
• To improve and operate the platform.
• To communicate updates relevant to meetings you have joined.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Google Calendar API — creating meeting events and sending calendar invites.
• Google Meet — video conferencing for hosted e-meetings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Meeting attendance records are retained for the lifetime of the meeting record. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
